random - from IF @ 12:22 PM I am amused. - Anyway. I just bought Deathly Hallows from Popular yesterday at just $19.90! Who says 2 years of waiting does not pay? Huh huh huh? Okay, actually the mention of that just triggered a sad switch.. Oh well. Sharitz made my day today. Sunday, February 22, 2009 :D :D :D - from IF @ 1:43 PM WHOOSH! I'm still high from yesterday even though my back and legs are very close to killing me now. However, time spent with the Melayus is worth every ache and pain so its alright! Haha. Yesterday was MCS Orientation 2009. Seeing that this was my first Orientation as well I was quite excited. We finally got to chill, relax and leave all the school load behind. It was pretty awesome from start to finish that I can't emphasise this enough. Pictures!  The people I spent the first few moments of Orientation with. We were on top of the Spider Web thing for a longlong time before the first two groups came. Tak bedek. I really thought we were gonna get rope burns from sitting for so long. Haha we amused ourselves by trying to modify our station's gameplay and eventually settled for the 'waterfall' question. Heh cheap thrill but its worth asking, right? Then, Nadh came! :D This was the second batch who came to our station. Umm. Okay lah. There was some glitch during this round. We should've really reminded the climbers to whisper their answer to our question. Not fun ah if both have the same answers. One tend not to be true. Ohwell. Another time then haha. After that, we climbed down and went to our respective stations. I was supposed to help Atiqah but I wandered to Wahidah's 'Act/Sing/Dance' station for awhile.. just because. Heh. I came to Atiqah's station just in time for the last group. But I made up for my absence by modifying the game to a more challenging one.Then I went to our MCS pondok for the day and camwhored with the people there.  Then, Nadiah came! :D :D and she brought her sexy DSLR! Super. Our change-pose-with-every-snap photoset. Our first attempt ended with Dailami saying, ' No no, I can't do this posing thing. I wanna be the constant. You all be the variables.' And so we did, with him being the constant. We had another photoset with Nadiah and Heeqmah but since I'm too lazy to group them together, this one will do (:    Guess which shadow belongs to who! HELLO DINIE! (: The devilish minds behind the myriad of water bombings (: But I must say, the girls really suck at throwing the bombs. Their target can be right in front of them and they can still miss terribly. Dinie's attempt to throw at Taufiq was the funniest. It hit his back but it didn't burst! Wtfishhh. But it was fun though. The ultimate had to be Izyan's. The impact was hugeeeee. And guess who the bomber was (: Sorry Iz! Hahaha. HAHAHA! PRICELESS! She calls it the 'Audre Hepburn' couture pose. I call it, FAIIIIIIIIL! Kampung Melayu 2009 (: Then we went to White Sands to have some Macs. I rather eat somewhere else but its alright. Company was awesome ttm. The guy beside is Khalil and I think he is quite hilarious. He uttered the quote I mentioned below. Don't you think there are so many things wrong with that statement? I do and so does all the J2s present at the table at that time. Amusing man.I wished I stayed longer but I had to meet my mom at Bugis quickly cus Sharitz was apparently missing my presence. Haha. Esplanaded and finally homed. Shall end the post with pictures of the day!  Classic shot. Aziz bombed by Taufiq after running around in circles. And I find this shot so funny. Tuesday, February 17, 2009 not dead - from IF @ 10:16 PM Hello. No, I'm not dead yet. Haha. Life has pretty much been mundane for me thus the lack of updates. Plusplus I have been quite lazy to string up words and type them down. I rather be on a 'Whose Line' marathon or watch reruns of FRIENDS (teh bombzxz). I had a Wild Wild Wet Weekend and it was tres tres fun. Sharitz tagged along and I'm getting quite attached to that boy. FYI, he is an adorable, bright 2 year old kid. Anyway, my heart just swelled with immense pride and joy when he pointed and was able to recognise 'coconuts' that day. And and I taught him that word! ACHIEVEMENT! :D I really have no idea why though. Maybe its a sign of getting old but whatever. Felt veh happy! Oh and as a result of baking in the sun, I got sunburns and turned a few shades darker. But I think of it as a healthy tan though. - You know its a crapped up world we live in when a 12 (yes TWELVE!) year old boy, who looks like he is 7, impregnates a 15 year old girl. That is seriously demented. The girl looks 30 lah please. Goodness me. Friday, February 06, 2009 truly epic - from IF @ 11:19 PM Something of epic proportions happened today & I'm definitely not exaggerating, unlike Farah whose definition of 'wretched' is apparently along the lines of the maddening catastrophe of fishes drowning in the sea. Hahaha. Anyway, after Friday prayers I went to meet my Mom for lunch at Northpoint food court. Since I've already eaten, she only bought food for herself. Soon after, my aunt came by and chatted. Mom : Eh try this. It is really nice. Aunt : Okay. I have not taken lunch either and I have no idea what to eat. Mom : No need to order la! Share the dish with me. Abang, go order another plate of rice. So being the awesomely good and obliging son I was, I went to do her bidding. IF : Hello Cik. One plate of plain rice please. Makcik : Okay. Kenape tak order sama-sama dengan tadi? (Why didn't you order it just now?) IF : Mm.. Pasal tak tahu nak makan banyak haha (Because I didn't know we'll eat that much) Makcik : Alarh. Mesti makan banyak punye lagi-lagi makan dengan matair. (Of course you will have the appetite, you're eating with your girlfriend.) I took the rice and left the counter, trying very hard not to laugh. BUT SERIOUSLY! This kind of things got to stop. First, people thought she was my older sister which is not that bad (in comparison). But this! This is really crossing the line. Either she needs to grow some wrinkles or I need a T-shirt announcing that she's my mother. Alternatively, I can just sarcastically correct the other party the next time it happens. Sheesh. Sharitz is coming over tomorrow yay (: Monday, February 02, 2009 sports talk; - from IF @ 7:30 AM Okay I'm gonna start with a whining session before proceeding to the happy stuffs.  OMG. Seriously! I totally didn't expect such an embarrassing scoreline & conceding to Liverpool at that. Double humiliation man. Tsk. What is this Chelsea?! Damn you stupid referee lah for sending Lampard off! Ugh. But I guess I have to admit that the Blues played rather dismally. Ohwell. Next week will be against Hull. We'll see.In other news.  Wooh! Serena Williams absolutely crushed Dinara Safina. Williams dominated the entire match and no matter what Safina threw at her, Williams remained unfazed. So well done Serena! :D  I think Nadal and Federer put up an excellent tennis clinic on the court yesterday. I didn't watch the whole thing because I had to be somewhere but I really thought the first hour was awesome. Nadal won in the end, as expected, and Federer put up a great fight. The better man clearly won this round I guess. So on that note, cheer up Federer. I'm sure you'll win the next one. Heh.
