The Daily Prophet
- from IF @ 8:15 PM
I am now partially contented because I can now rest for a while before embarking on my 7-Day Plan ie to improve his standard in Physics, Additional Mathematics and Malay. Now that half of Prelims is done, I can't wait for the O's to end. Seriously. I'm getting sick of studying and this coming from a mugger, you better believe it. Kinda reminds me of my English Prelims Compre Paper. Resisting cognitive stimulation and the likes.
Oh and Oral O's was quite dumb. Not that I screwed up or anything but.. ah well. I thank God that I managed to answer the questions anyway.
Now skipping the mugging sessions and papers which are boring and so whatever. Lets fast forward to today.
The Last Paper! (before the holidays of course)
And it unexpectedly manageable, actually all the papers were. The myth of Prelim papers being harder is actually not totally true after all and I'm glad its not. Ahh.
So today. I went out to have breakfast with the Sixers, namely Aloysius, Hazm, Yong Quan, Avinash, Anirudh, Wee Kang, Vinoth and Yong De, after the paper. We had our breakfast or rather brunch at the food court at Ngee Ann Civic Plaza which has no Halal food so Hazm and I had to pack KFC (transfats! tsk) to eat.
Then came the sushi craving! Ooh. Orgasmic, I swear. I just love sushi, don't you. After our brunch, some of them left to catch a movie leaving Aloy, YQ, Hazm and I to walk around Orchard Road. We went from shops to shops, window shopping. Just browsing through some clothes. Yes yes those skinnies look good on you. -thumbs up. But other than that other shops looked pretty boring. Grandma curtains much?
Haha. Then Aloy wanted to 'go home and sleep till dinner' (typical) so we bade farewell. Oh oh oh! We saw a Lindsay Lohan look-alike. Super cool and super uncanny.
We went Paragon after that and uhh.. Yong Quan was being really crappy and started to talk nonsense. Uber crappy and being so stupid to the point that I had to hit his genitalia so hard that he squatted in front of this glass door of a boutique. He just squatted there for 15 seconds. Well he really asked for it seriously. I didn't know I was that accurate anyway. So after that episode, we resumed walking down the escalator.
We reached the ground floor and were talking as per normal then suddenly YQ started to walk really slowly. I was talking to Hazm I think when I suddenly felt this hand grabbing my ass. I will save the unpleasant details cos it was really horrible. I actually hit the glass door of this watch shop and I swear they turned and looked at us. At that moment I could have just died. Seriously. That has definitely gone beyond from commiting a faux pas. So basically it was like two monkeys or rather one ie YQ just climbing over my back and grabbing my.. from behind. OMG! Seriously. At PARAGON. Tsk.
Then it was off to Plaza Sing. Bumped into a couple of SJI people there. Listened to some blonde jokes and NSK jokes which were not all funny. I think elitism is bad practice. I don't quite agree on it. I just don't. And don't go around labelling me anti-elitism please cos I'm not. I just dont agree with it, not opposing it with my heart and soul. Sheesh.
Its gonna be a long weekend.

Oh if you really didn't get that then this is what she said,
"I personally believe... that U.S. Americans are unable to do so... because... uh... some people out there in our nation don't have maps... and... uh... I believe that our education, like such as in South Africa and... uh... the Iraq, everywhere, like, such as... and I believe that they should... our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S... uh... or, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries... so we will be able to build up our future... for our [children]."

Au Revoir Simone - Sad Song
Play me a sad song 'Cause that’s what I want to hear I want you to make me cry I want to remember the places that we left Lost to the mists of time
I know that you’ll go soon You’ll find out so take me with you always I know that you’ll go soon You’ll find out so take me with you always
On buses that move through the night We sleep on and on We got off at Memphis Black-top heat will make us thirsty We’ll never get sick anymore
I know that you’ll go soon You’ll find out so take me with you always I know that you’ll go soon You’ll find out so take me with you always
Play me a sad song 'Cause that’s what I want to hear I want you to make me cry I want to remember the places that we left Lost to the mists of time
I hate the Prelim period. I really do. Don't ask me why. I hate studying late into the night. I really do. Don't ask me why. I really hate the fact that are certain things still undone and unsettled. I really do. Don't ask me why. I really hate the fact that I'm tired. I really do. Don't ask me why. I really hate kayu. I really do. Again, don't ask me why.

Okay that sounded really retarded but what the heck. Nite Study has been productive, contrary to some popular belief. I came up with this really awesome way to remember logic gates. Haha.
Oh congrats to those who got their distinctions for their MT O level. To those who didn't, its okay. I'm sure you tried your best. (: Oh oh. Congrats to the Chinese people in my class. A whooping 1.7 something for the class' MSG lah. If that isn't great, I don't know what is!

- from IF @ 8:30 PM Love is watching someone die;
National Day was really great. The fireworks were spectacular. Company was awesome. Dinner was delightful. The people who stood in front of us and stole our perfect view were retarded. The Mats behind us were somewhat endearing to listen too. Operation Enzyme Attack was successful, somewhat. Operation Gloria was definitely a success (Hah! Mine's bigger). All in all, 9th of August was perfect. If only I could just spend one more night like that. (:
& of course I'd like to thank the company I had for National Day. You simply rock. I can't put the appropriate words to thank you for spending the day with me. Really, my day couldn't have been better. By far the greatest National Day? Honestly? I never been that happy for a long long time. It was a pity we had to rush at the end though. Yeah hopefully, insyaAllah, we'll spend next year's National Day together too. To my greatest entertainer, my bestest buddy, my chulo, tripletwo.

Congrats to the Srikandis too for retaining their crowns as Queens of The Bahas World. Now if only we can get our Sec 3s to get ready for next year's bahas season which I highly doubt will happen.
