    The Daily Prophet
    - from IF @ 6:34 PM

    HELLO WORLD! (:

gawsh another week has passed and i'm basically tired. its really been a hectic
term alright. i'm just trying to survive this hellacious cycle called the school
curriculum. well its not really that bad, for me at least but i guess it sucks all
the energy from your body and drains all the life out of you. it can be sometimes
quite unbearable. but heck, i'm really determined this time to balance all my
commitments which of course includes studies, ccas, social and family.

    yay for me. haha.

anyways. the lakehouse is a nice show. go watch it. i enjoyed it, you will too. its really
guess-able if you ask me. i meant the plot. kinda cliched but cliched in its own unique
way. the last scene was interesting though. (; lol. overall i loved it. its just...oh just go
watch it and you'll understand what i mean.

i thought watching that movie was supposedly to be like the highlight of the week thing
but nothing can take that spot away from what had just happened today. omg! total
massacre. yes it does involve the ever so infamous 336 if you didnt know by now. okay
i admit at that point of time, nearly everyone was in a bitchyall-nice mood. so
    here's the situation,

    cleaner complains to HOL.
cleaner doesnt want to clean the classroom anymore.
cleaner finds our class too dirty for his liking.
    HOL tells form tutor.
    form tutors reprimand the class.
form tutors denied our 'privelege' of putting stuffs under
    the table/classroom.
form tutors command that absolutely nothing should be
brought into the class that day including our bags.

there you go. the drama in the class. and that wasnt the only thing alright. there were
other stuffs which happened as well. so we had to go out into the corridor to get the
materials needed for each period. its a total waste of time and i'm not talking about their
already tight time schedule but ours as well. they can totally lecture us about that during
the first few minutes before the lessons begin or even the during PSE but hey they decided
    otherwise. not our fault.

as i was saying, nearly everyone was in that mood. i mean isnt a cleaner, or a domestic
worker or whatever euphemism one might use, job's to clean? its like a policeman
complaining to his superior that there are simply too many thieves out there for him
to catch and he refuses to do his duty. get my drift? so yeah at that point of time it seemed
stupid and childish. affecting the already limited timetable because of the cleanliness of
one's class. simply perfect. yeah right.

but to put it in a very nice and diplomatic way, we kinda did took the cleaner for granted.
there were places like bryan tong's which were a complete eyesore and the pile at the back
too i guess. but hey bottomline; a molehill was just made into a mountain. period.

okay. that out of my chest, now i'm ready to blog. haha. gonna do a quikie.
    - dikir is still incomplete and we only have ONE prac left. may Allah save us.
    - math pt was done quite satisfyingly and we only did it in 2 days.
    - thursday was a blast. (:
    - i screwed my physics practical assessment badly. whatever.
    - i have a tonne of homework to be completed.
    - humanities quiz was...interesting and fun! go us!

    and thats all for today.

    good evening readers.

    Your view on yourself:
You are intelligent, honest and sweet. You are friendly to everybody and don't like conflict. Because you're so cheerful and fun people are naturally attracted to you and like to talk to you.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover, so good-looking people aren't necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

    The seriousness of your love:
Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates.

    Your views on education:
You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.

    The right job for you:
You have many goals and want to achieve as much as you can. The jobs you enjoy are those that let you burn off your considerable excess energy.

    How do you view success:
You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous.

What are you most afraid of:
You are afraid of things that you cannot control. Sometimes you show your anger to cover up how you feel.

    Who is your true self:
You are full of energy and confidence. You are unpredictable, with moods changing as quickly as an ocean. You might occasionally be calm and still, but never for long.

    hahaha. cool survey.

so yesterday was racial harmony day. it was rather fun. i was helping out
with the mls stall, selling satays or rather crowd control. well i went out of
class at 9.30 unlike SOME people. cikgu didnt quite care. as long we helped
she was fine with it. anyway i was helping out in the crowd control & the
delivering of the pre-ordered satays to the teachers.

the crowd control job wasnt really tiring but it was delivering part which was.
we had to find the teachers and deliver it to them. i was running up and down,
up and down and up and down. looking for the teachers. thanks ah nabhan for
'accompanying' me to do those stuffs. tsk.

in the end all the satays were sold out.

cikgu left some of the satays for us. totally need that cause we didnt have anything
to eat at all. haha. well not really. i went to buy the teh tarik and other drinks
but it wasnt really solid food, was it? heh.

the cross-cultural dressing thing was fine. it went beyond expectations. only a few
of those extra ones decided not to wear at all. haha. i have no idea that teaching
someone how to wear the sarong was difficult at all until i had to yesterday. hilarious
much especially marcus sim who had to be taught a couple of times. lol. many interesting
    outfits too.

alright enough of rhd. if i have to blog every single incident and detail. it'll take a long
time. haha. so on thursday, drama struck 336 again. the class keys have gone missing.
sheesh. we had to waste half of chem sitting outside the class until someone got the
spare key from the department. but like all dramas, the keys were found in the dramatic
way. it was hidden beneath a pile of newspapers INSIDE the classroom by roy.

this makes me wonder cause, how can the keys be inside when an honest someone
vouched that he locked the doors from the outside? dont tell me that person threw the
keys inside and it happened to land safely in a pile of newspapers? freaky right? it just
occured to me though. ah wells. we are near a cemetery right. hurr. :/

    okay. gonna have breakfast now.
    good morning all!

    Conversation of The Day :

Ms Ong : Bryden, so what is your reason for not signing the form?

    Bryden : -shakes head-

Ms Ong : Hurry up Bryden. What's your reason?

    Bryden : -shakes head-

Ms Ong : Dont act like a moron eh. Do i have to have a remote control to make you give
    me an answer?!

Anirudh : (aside in his indian accent) Eh she's funny today. hah!

    -class sniggers-

    Blunder of The Day :

i oversaw the importance of letting your parents to sign a (obs)form. total blunder.
and walking away without telling is bad. hurr.

    Slenger/Lame Act of the Day

Muhammad Azri Bin Kasmir (there you go azri!) realised his spectacles was still in the
cafe after 15 minutes of walking out of that place. wth! Syabas azri syabas! funny dude.

    Highlight of the Day

336 have officially made it into the record book as the worst triple science class in the
history of sji. mtv should really make a reality show out of our class. we're 'so drama'
that we're sure to make a hit with our show. can you imagine? twenty-four ppl out
of thirty-four were forced to take the stand outside during bio lesson.
    eh duh i wasnt
one of them. tsk. 336! :/

another week finally comes to an end. another hectic week to be specific.
hey that rhymed. kay not the point. yeah the week has been tiring somehow.
lessons are feeling surprisingly longer especially bio. tonnes of bio assignments
mind you. fine not that much but the drawings are tedious and time consuming.
i gave 1 hour solely to drawing the thingers but its alright i guess. kinda fun to
    say the least. haha.

anyway. i wanted to say sorry to all those people who i was talking to on msn
last night at around 1030 for not replying your instant messages. i wasnt daoing
you people lah! truth is, i fell asleep on my laptop. yes, yet again. i am so pro right?
twice already lah. sheesh. whatever to me alright! LOL!

hrmmm. monday's listening compre and apparently the passages are gonna be
broadcasted through Ria 89.7FM so if you're interested in listening in and do the
compre with us, tune in to the station. oh its in malay of course. haha. whee!
and oh racial harmony day is next friday and some witty fella from the department
came out of the idea for josephians to cross-culturaldress. haha. it reminded me
of last year's incident when some sec4 class actually wore ij pinafores for a particular
day. was it bye-uniform day? i'm not quite sure. will there be an episode 2? heh.

lake house seems like a good movie (:
    good day y'all!

and so i got through it and never shall i face it again. well at least i think so.

cikgu was there beside us when we waited. she flashed smiles and gave words
of encouragement. i was finally at ease, calm and collected. the next five minutes
were gonna be the longest five minutes i've ever experienced and so it was.
i psyched myself up and practised my smile and greeting. retarded, i know.

    my turn soon came...
i read more fluently and spoke with much more flow compared to my practices.
"yeah! you got this man!", i thought but it soon turned slightly downward when
i froze. i just couldnt give an example. "mampos (die!) !", i whispered. i wriggled
my way out of the situation and got out of the hall.

it was over. all that nervousness, missing of worldcup finals(!) and preparations,
the o'levels malay language oral was over. how i rejoice.

mls just now wasnt really that bad though. tsk khai. it was amusing and fun alright.
i enjoyed it very much. dikir barat is gonna be a blast and abg kamar's[?] voice is
really something. boy, he can really sing plus he's funny and comical!

i'm sleepy and my eyelids are starting to feel heavy. stupid physics pt. i stayed up
till like 2am only to hear the next morning that presentation was postponed to
next tuesday. how i wanted to cry. ah wells. guess i better get sleep now.

    GOODNIGHT! (:

    Sunday, July 09, 2006
    The Daily Prophet
    - from IF @ 10:43 AM

okay as promised, i'll narate the whole of yesterday today.

    Saturday, 8th July.

so i woke up at 9 after constant shoutings of my mom to get out of bed and send my
brother to school. he is involved in this moexcel fest or something. like it or not, i had
to wake up and do the errand. sigh. the responsibility of being the eldest. its a tough
job i tell you. okay irrelevance to my main purpose. haha. anyway after sending him
to school, i went back home and do the usual morning stuffs. breakfast, showered and
    watched tv.

oh i forgot to add that i was waiting for my dad who was on the way from work to send
me to hinyang's house for our physics ubd. we had to meet at clementi central's macs for
a pre-project lunch at 1. so i waited at home and time was already 12.15. i thought
i still can make it on time since i would be taking my dad's car anyway. oh how wrong i was.
such an unfortunate of events. his car broke down in front of yishun mrt! do you know how
close that is to where i was waiting already?! #%^%$! ugh. i was late (again!) for the lunch
heck they left for hinyang's already lah. i had no lunch. sigh. i trodded my way from clementi
mrt station to his condo and expected to wait in front of the side gate for a very long time,
as usual but a very nice person opened the gate for me.

so i rejoice and sang my way in. haha. i wasted tian ye's time and effort for coming down. entered hinyang's hallway and was greeted by his mom! heh. you can consider hinyang's
house my third/fourth home already. i spent at least 48 hours in a month there. so yupp.
we proceeded with our project work. report, chair, powerpoint, gaming and painting.
it was a fun afternoon basically but my laptop just HAD to be laggy so i have to bring back
home the report. oh our cardboard-only chair is dazzling silver. we're gonna spray green
designs tomorrow. (tomorrow! oral! no! =/)

at 6.45 we left his house for school to watch taming game, a localised version of taming the
shrew. calvin had to leave cause he watched it on friday already. i forgot to mention that
both hinyang and me were wearing this long-sleeved blue shirt while randall and tian ye
were both wearing class polo tees! so imagine the scene when we entered school. so dress-
coded. not to mention that even mr lui was wearing the same shade of blue hinyang was
    wearing. amusing. totally! xD

the play was overall good. i mean, i like the theme! wives should obey their husbands
unconditionally. haha. cool right? but then again, for 25bucks, it better be good. so yeah
it definitely crossed my expectations. it was well done. tskk canoeists making so much
noise. samuel and dickson. tsk. after the intermission was the best lah. i mean the audience
had more energy. "Bee, tell my wife that i command her to come!". Wrong connotation!
    Sheesh guys!

After everything ended at 1030, the 205ers went supper at bk plaza sing. i had to like gobble
    up my whopper junior meal.
    1) I'm hungry! i didnt eat lunch only an apple pie from macs.
    2) My dad was pressurising me to come home, pronto!
i had to rush to take the train home. luckily for me, dickson and marcus goh boarded the
same coach at orchard. hoho. fun crapping starts. time went by really fast.

soon i was home at 0015, in front of my com.
crashed on my bed at 0130. goodnight.

    there my day yesterday (:

i cant really hide or deny the feelings i have for you. you've always been special.
and over the months, i think i've fallen for you much more. more than you'll
ever know. we've been through alot and i think those events, though some
very unpleasant, have made me realised how much you really mean to me.
maybe thats the reason why i cant stay mad or disappointed at you for too long.
it will just tear me apart. i promise to love you as much as i can, as best as i can,
and for as long as i can. and no matter what, it's very important to me for you to
know that you are an irreplaceable spirit that will always be a part of me.

hope you feel better after the weekends alright (:

    The Bottom Line

You may feel inspired by an unexpected challenge to your normal day's routine.

    In Detail

Today is one of those wonderful days when you can actually find adversity terrifically inspiring. There's a restless confidence deep inside you, waiting for a bright spark to bring it up and out into the world. This could be a turning point for your personality -- if the right trigger comes along, you'll step into a new and exciting space very soon. There's no harm in stirring things up, so break out of your usual routine as often as you can today.

though yeah it is 12 days and all but i think i'd need that break lah. well
hope i get selected lah. haha. but i'm not surprised if i'm not picked anyway.
not the first time, isnt it? trust me, the system has something against me.
not that i care of course! heh. :)

its been a long time since i ever did a proper blog post where i narrate
my day and yak yak yak. okay i shall do that on saturday. promise.

it feels so right to be here with you.
and now looking in your eyes.
i feel in my heart, start of something new!"

haha. call it an obsession if you want but hey high school
musical rocks! and to those people who actually recorded
the show, let me borrow it! i'll buy you ice cream! x)
mervin watched it like 2-3 times a day lah which leads
to him singing and retelling me the whole thing again
and again. sigh. sitting beside him is one helluva job.
    heh kidding merv!

yesterday was kindred spirits and yeap it rocked the pac.
the crowd was wonderful and the performers were great.
haha. not to forget the MCs. so it was a great night basically.

and flashing me grins. sheesh. so it was a great end to a hectic
    week (:

    quote of the week(used when you're annoyed at somebody);
"what are you doing here? you're depriving a village of its idiot."

ahhh. insulting using one's wit is so much effective and besides
it makes better impact. (read:ego bursting) but if that someone
really is a twit, be direct and say "f*ck you.", not implying i use
